Billion-hare Bubbly Hour

Billion-hare Bubbly hour. $100 non-refundable booking-fee is needed to hold a party date. $200 is the full price for the party, if only deposit is paid in advance the rest of the payment is due 48 hours before setting up. 

Party Includes: up to 10 guests (over the age of 21), including the party host/ess, 6-10 rabbits, a fenced enclosure 64" x 128". (Smaller and larger are available but this is the best size for our parties). A 60 minute party. We bring everything needed to care for the bunnies including water, food, toys and treats. We have floor coverings for indoor parties. We need 30-60 more minutes for set-up and take down. We will be at your venue 30-45 minutes before your start time. 

We bring the bunnies to your home or venue. 10-15 minutes of introduction of safety and rules is included in the 60 minute party. We educate adults about our rabbits and rabbit breeds. We provide lap blankets for your guests and the rabbits to help prevent any scratching or accidents. We allow adults to hold the rabbits with the assistance of one of our staff members. Our staff will place the rabbit on your lap but can not guarantee that the rabbit will be comfortable enough to stick around. Some of our rabbits love every person they meet and enjoy pets and snuggles, others have personalities similar to cats and either like pets or don’t like pets that day. You are welcome to take photos of and with the rabbits while inside the fenced enclosure, (we do hope you share some of these to ‘Billion-hare Bunnies’ on Facebook!). You may BYOB to drink. This party caters to ‘happy hour’ or ‘Girl’s night out’. 

No smoking is allowed around the rabbits. They have delicate respiratory systems and shouldn’t be breathing in chemicals of any kind. If you are interested in a photo session with the bunnies this is an Add-on item and will require you to contact Billion-hare bunnies for a longer party venue time. 

What you will need to provide: signed consent forms, and a shaded area if outside or a well heated and cooled area if inside. (please read more about 'Your Responsibility' in our ‘Party Agreement’ for more information)

By paying for and booking a party you are agreeing that you have read all the above information and will comply with the items listed above and on the main page of our website and also that you have signed our ‘Party Agreement’ and ‘Accident Waiver and Release of Liability’ forms. If you are not in compliance with the 'Your Responsibilities' when we arrive to set up. We reserve the right to refuse services without a refund.

You will receive a confirmation email for your party date unless it is already taken then 'Billion-hare Bunnies' will inform you that your date cannot be confirmed and another date or time will need to be chosen.
