Billion-hare Birthdays

Billion-hare Birthdays. $100 non-refundable booking fee is needed to hold a party date. $200 is the full price for the party, if only booking fee is paid in advance the rest of the payment is due 24 hours before setting up. 

Party Includes: up to 7 guests, including the party host/ess, 4-8 rabbits, a fenced enclosure 64" x 128". (Smaller and larger are available but this is the best size for our parties). 60 minute party. We bring everything needed to care for the bunnies including toys and treats. We also have floor coverings for indoor parties. We need 60 more minutes for set-up and take down. We will be at your venue 30-45 minutes before we start. Please call, text or email us instructions of where to set up before the party, so we know where we are heading once we get there. 

We bring the bunnies to your home or venue. 10-15 minutes of introduction of safety and rules included in the 60 minute party. We educate children and parents about our rabbits and rabbit breeds. You are welcome to take photos of the kids inside the fenced enclosure while they play with the bunnies. If you are interested in a photo session with the bunnies this is an Add-on item and will require you to contact Billion-hare bunnies for a longer party venue time. 

What you will need to provide: signed child consent forms for all participants. A shaded area if outside or a well heated and cooled area if inside.(please read more about 'Your Responsibility' in our ‘Party Agreement’ for more information)

By paying for and booking a party you are agreeing that you have read all the above information and will comply to the items listed above and on the main page of our website and also that you have signed our Party Agreement, and liability Waver forms. If you are not in compliance with the 'Your Responsibilities' when we arrive for set up. We reserve the right to refuse services without a refund.
